1 year EBF! I was very lucky that it was relatively easy - we didn't have any latch problems, I never got badly clogged ducts or mastitis, LO hasn't had a nursing strike, and my supply has been pretty steady. That said, it still took a lot of effort, a dairy-free diet for several months, daily pumping at work and recently tolerating some painful bites (ouch!).

I am down to pumping once a day at work and will wean down to no times over the next week or so as we transition him to WCM. I still plan to nurse at night and in the morning and maybe on weekends at least for a couple more months.
