Freaking Out!! Help?

I am 25 years old and this is my first pregnancy. I am aprox 7 weeks pregnant and keep freaking my self out. I found out i was pregnant a little over a week and a half ago and the next 4 days I was nauseous and felt pregnant but for the last few days I have had very little nausua and do not really feel pregnant anymore. I have not had any bleeding or severe cramps(have had light ones). My apt is next wednesday, am i freaking out ?? should I just relax and wait to see what the doctor says? Have people went through this?

Re: Freaking Out!! Help?

  • Relax.  Symptoms come and go, and stressing yourself out isn't good for you or baby.  I'm sure everything is fine.  GL!

  • nausea as with symptoms can come and go.  If you have no bleeding stop worrying.

You should sign up to a site that give syou weekly development information.. might help you to undertsand what your body is doing and to help aliviate your "worry".  Another thing- get a good pregnancy book might help too.  You can get apps for your iphone if you have one that give you daily updates- what symptoms to expect how they come and go and what baby and you are going thru.  Good luck.

I recomend to stop worrying now as being a mom you worry all the time!  Congrats and enjoy your BFP!~

  • I am also 25 with my first pregnancy.  I am 12 weeks today have seen it on an u/s listened to the heart beat and everything but I have had ABSOLUTLY no symptoms.  I haven't felt all that tired compared to normal and have not been sick at all so I would say relax.  My doctor has said it is normal not everyone has symptoms.

  • some days i feel VERY pregnant ( and sick ) and other days i feel totally normal. Just take everyday as it comes. I am thankful for the days i feel almost normal, I can get caught up on housework and things I don't get done on the days I am feeling very pregnant.
