I dont know what is going on with my temps!!

I am really frustrated. I have done everything I can to make sure that I am getting accurate temps. Is there a reason my chart could be this out of wack? Is something else wrong with me? Its like every day I fluctuate atleast .3 degrees in one direction or another. Could this indicate a bigger problem/ I know this is a crazy question but I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas for me. I am just bummed that this appears will be a long anovulatory cycle for me!! Boo!!

    I don't think your chart is out of whack. It's fine to look that way. I suggest checking out other ladies charts so you can see how different everyone is when it comes to temps.

    Thanks! I know everyone's charts are a little different, and I am sure I am just over analyzing things. T am really making myself crazy! I guess my bigger problem is that I dont appear to have or be close to ovulating. I am stressing about that which I am sure is not helping things!! Thanks again.

    Are you using OPKs? They were really helpful to me this cycle. Amazon always has a great deal on Wondfos.

    Your temps don't actually look too bad to me - most people are going to have a reasonably rocky graph, which is why everyone plugs the info into FF so it can do the math and pinpoint a coverline!

    If you're really concerned about there being too much variation, you can try temping vaginally (if you aren't already). I often sleep with my mouth open due to sinus problems, so my oral temps were all over the place. Since I switched to vaginal temping, my chart is quite a bit smoother. Still have some spikes here and there, though, which is totally normal (but frustrating when it makes it hard to pinpoint O) .

    I agree with PP - try using OPKs along with temping. I've been using them and I like that the OPK can tell me O is about to happen, while the temp shift then confirms that it did.

    I understand how you are feeling with up and down temps. Mine were all over the place.  FF is usually close on to pinpointing your O.  From  history with my chart it doesnt look like you o'd yet.  Your temps havent gone above your highest just yet.
