  Although, the doctor said there could be no progress now, but in four hours I could be in labor, so not to get discouraged.

  I wouldn't be disappointed with no progress.  I went into labor with DS with no progress before that.

  That's a bummer to hear but I'm convinced of 2 things:

  1) you can quickly progress from nothing to labor

  2) those internals are pretty subjective
