Em loves to play in their play kitchen with all the food and pots & pans. She also likes this sing along Elmo toy that's one of Aiden's oldies and a phone with number punching, songs etc.
Right now she's more into exploring than playing though. Like climbing furniture, stairs & my nerves.

I don't really give him access to everything simply because most of his toys are either in the playroom (we are usually in the living room) or still in the original boxes in the playroom closet. I stopped opening them for now.
What he plays with mostly are toys that he can walk with, that have some sort of opening and closing feature (door on the playhouse, seat/storage compartment on the ride along toy), and anything musical - he loves to sing and dance and make music.

This is Whitney too. She will only play for a toy for maybe 15 seconds and she is zipping around the living room. She likes to stand next to the couch and slap it. Or she pushes her little walk behind car. She doesnt stick to one toy long enough for me to know if she likes it that much or not.
Although I do know that she shoves elmo down every time he sings.
Cars, cars, and a Thomas train. But his favorite toy is a hand me down kitchen (its a small plastic one, not a cool stand up one). He loves that thing.

Yup. Yesterday I was sitting next to her and blinked and suddenly she was gone. I found her behind the couch that is against the wall - and incidentally, if you go out the other end you are on the other side of the gates we put up to keep her in one area. I need to put a bell on that kid.
She likes this little stroller that she can push and walk with and ocassionally she pats the baby that's in it. She also likes socks.

However, his favorite are our cabinets.
