2nd Appointment and M/S

So I've been struggling with morning sickness since 7 weeks and it has been bad, throwing up constantly and nothing staying down, not even water. I went to my second appointment yesterday and found out that I had lost 15 pounds. So my Dr prescribed me two medications, Promethazine and Zofran. He also stated that if things weren't better by Thursday he needed to set me up in the hospital for IV's.

I started the Promethazine last night, ate dinner and everything stayed down, I woke up this morning feeling AMAZING! Like I was never sick and ate breakfast and lunch with no issues. I don't know why I didn't call him sooner! Hopefully this will get rid of the IV situation. If you are struggling, call! You don't have to suffer.

In two hours I'm going for my first ultrasound and I'm on pins and needles staring at the clock! I can't wait to see that little heartbeat and my baby. I'll update later hopefully with pictures if I can figure it out

Yay no more nausea!! And good luck at your ultrasound! I had mine today and it was fantastic!

Those are the 2 medicines my doctor started me on yesterday morning. Ive been able to eat and function normally since then. Glad youre feeling better too!
