I've heard that they recommend unswaddling at night first, and leaving them swaddled at naptime as long as possible. Does anyone know why?? We're about to unswaddle soon, and it was a nightmare with E.
It's been a while, but I think that it's because it's harder for them to nap than it is to sleep in their own room with the noise machine (ie. more comfort for nap)?
I must have skimmed that part since DD was a Houdini and never stayed in her swaddle anyway.
