Ha ha... My DS (4 yrs) met me at the door last night when I came home from work and said " Hey mommy, how was your work today"? I said that it was fine and he responded "well, thats good" and then walked away. Growing up so fast! He brings a smile to my face everyday!
Everytime I make the run to the bathroom to have a "moment" she yells "Mama, you otay? Tell baby no more sicky please." It makes me smile and feel just a little better.
That's so cute! My DS is only 18 months, but he always runs to my side when I'm throwing up in the bathroom. One time he had his paci in and I was hurling bad. He leans over the toilet and goes "pooo" and spits his paci in as if he was throwing up too. No matter how miserable I felt, it broke me heart.
Things like this remind me how wonderful it will be to have a second!
Ahhh. My DS just laughs at me when I throw up. He will follow me into the bathroom and just stands there grinning. Glad to know mommy's suffering is hillarious. Of course he's only 13 months and doesn't know what's going on.
My DD (27 months) will follow me into the bathroom and then sit there and pat my back when I get sick. Yesterday after I got sick she pulled the lid to her potty up and sat in front of it and spit a mouth full of goldfish crackers into it. She then said "gettin sick makes tummy better mommy." She is so smart.
Oh my gawwwdd, these are all making me tear up from giggles and excitement. I'm so so so excited for our new little one, but also thrilled that we still have these funny moments and milestones to look forward to with DD.

I can't wait for her to meet her sibling!
