i have constant hip pain, only on my left side. It gets worse at night, bc i try to sleep on my left side - it's to the point now where it keeps me up at night.
Anyone else going though this? I'm sure I can't be the only one!
I am experiencing the same thing in both sides. I flip alot at night but still experience pain, also if I sit for a while and stand up, my hips feel like an old lady's! I was exercising this weekend and had some pain as well.
A couple people have told me that it might be our hips widening in preparation for labor already, but I'm not sure. I was going to ask my doctor next week at my appointment.

I have really bad hip pain on both sides as well. It sucks because i can only lay on either side for so long before i have to roll over. I asked my doctor and she said it is likely my hips widening for baby. It?s really sore and I also have soreness in my pelvis. I thought I was getting by pretty easy with no morning sickness, but I guess I will get a severe case or soreness to make up for it.
I am going to ask about this at my appointment tomorrow. It's constant for me but gets so bad I can't stand all the way up or walk sometimes. I was thinking it was maybe because I needed to stretch or exercise more but walking definitely makes it worst and stretching helps while I'm doing it but makes it worst later. GRRR!
I think it is one of those things that will be this way until LO is here. Hopefully, there will be something that can help though.
I get this but hip stretches really help. If it's the same kind of pain as me, it's the IT band (runs from your ribs to your knees). It can tighten as things shift around.
Look up IT band stretches and carefully (b/c a lot require balance and the belly throws things off!) try them. I really like pigeon pose but it's harder and harder to do lol.
