pilates

can you still do pilates when pregnant? I see alot about yoga but wasnt sure about pilates

  • Yes, as PP has already said, its compltely fine to continue your current workout regimene with little modifications. But now is not the time to start something new.

    I have a friend who's sister was actually a Pilates instructor, taught and did pilates until the day her water broke....in class.
