Update: I have been having a lot of anxiety lately. I am pretty sure it is bc I am still waiting for AF. I think it is coming (any minute now) bc I have had the worst cramps yesterday and over night. Hopefully it will start today (FX).
GTKY: I am such a little kid....I love chocolate chip cookies and milk (LOL). Otherwise I am not a big dessert person.
TTC since 11/09; 5/11: lap (endometriosis-cleared), HSG (high pressure in tubes- cleared) and Hystoscopy (endocervical polyp - removed)
8/5/11: BFP; 11/14/11: no heartbeat on US; 11/16/11: delivered my angel baby, 19w1d; 12/15/11: D&C

Good morning!
Updates: Just a lot of anger and depression lately. My emotions are like a rollercoaster right now. I have my D&C follow up appt on Friday. Getting a ton of bloodwork done, so maybe we'll have some answers (or not) soon. Just hoping my hcg is dropping like it should and that everything is ok.
Favorite dessert is cheesecake, hands down. Any kind, sooo delicious.

Morning... I think I still qualify as a Newbie.... been here since my m/c on 11/14...
Update: 3 DPO and cautiously hopeful but hate the 2ww. This is the first cycle we're really TTC after m/c and really only the 2nd TTC cycle overall, so I know it's still early in our journey. We started getting back into church and went for the first time in literally years yesterday. I'm hoping this is just one more piece of our puzzle that we needed to have in place before getting the good news.
GTKY: I'm a cookie addict... choc chip specifically - will take it as dough (mmm cookie dough) or cookie form as long as it's still soft (preferably warm... mmm.... warm fresh gooey cookies). I'm also a sucker for a good brownie. This is why I don't buy sweets, ever, my dessert is usually bananas, but I do break down and get cookie dough ice cream every now and then ::cough::yesterday::cough::

Ballerina, I hope your follow-up appt goes well and that your HCG levels drop quickly. So sorry about the emotional rollercoaster, hopefully your appt will help you work through some of your emotions. I also love cheesecake, the Napoleon style cheesecake at Copeland's is one of my fav!

Update: After my D&C on Wed, I've been trying to take it easy and follow drs orders, and it may have payed off! No clotting or bleeding in the past 24 hrs and only light spotting last night. Hoping to start our TTA cycle soon.
Favorite dessert: Chocolate. It's a staple. It's my coping food, my happy food, my "girl's night" food, my snuggling with DH food... It's part of a balanced diet, really.
The GTKY of the week is: What is your favorite dessert? Um, seriously, you expect me to pick one. I love dessert. I love brownies, ice cream, cheesecake, and cupcakes.

Hope everyone has a great day!Good Morning ladies!! I'm doing better than I was earlier this week (I got socked with another pregnancy announcement from a close friend) and I let quite loose over the weekend (you can check out my post titled Entertainment from yesterday).
I'm, as always, hopeful for this cycle but not totally sure. I didn't chart this cycle [:$} because with my work schedule I would temp at all different times and end up with too many open circles or missed temps so I decided to wait until I start student teaching at the end of this month because I know I will be up everyday at the same time... So I'm either waiting to O or I'm in my 2ww. My last 2 cycles after the m/c have only been 30 days so I'm hoping my body continues with this trend...
QOTD- I can't pick 1 and my dessert usually depends on what restaurant we're at (I like something different at each). I also love my mom's Cheesecake and Slush cake! YUMM!

GTKY: My favorites are brownies, king cake, and blonde brownies. I can never pass up those three desserts. Yummy! And it's finally king cake time in these parts! Most others I can pass up.

Update: had a rough weekend but I am determined to make the most of this week. Four weeks until my EED and have been having a hard time knowing I have to face that. Trying to resist the urge to POAS, still have two more weeks till I can even consider that but the urge is super strong right now... What can you do?
Favorite Dessert: BANANA CREAM PIE! Yummy!
I was super emotionally last week. I think coming down off the holidays at the same time as having AF was too much for me. I go to the RE on Wednesday for a multiple loss panel of testing... I'm nervous they are not going to find anything.
GTKY: I love anything with chocolate... especially dark chocolate!

FutureMrsDrew73110, I'm sorry about the surprise pregnancy announcement...those are never easy. I also understand how difficult it can be to temp at the same time although my problem was an erratic toddler's schedule instead of work but it's difficult all the same. FX that you're in your 2ww instead of waiting to O.

StephRN23, GL in your 2ww!!! I'll have my FX for you. Also, you reminded me of creme' brulee...that might just be my favorite dessert. They don't serve it too many places around here so when I get it, it is definitely a wonderful surprise.
