My hospital does not offer binders; I'm having a rcs and would like one as I have heard they are helpful. Can anyone rec. one that worked well for them? Thanks.
I bought mine off Amazon. Don't recall the brand but it was about $25.00. One brand is not better than another, they all do the same thing. I bought a four panel one.

I got 2 of them, one from my doctor at the hospital and the other on Amazon. I wouldn't recommend them at all, they were difficult to keep in place and slid down onto my incision sometimes. The post partum csection undies from Motherhood Maternity were much better, they "bind" you together but as part of your underwear, so there is no slipping or adjusting. They are basically like spanx.
