I have been walking like a mile day just to maintain weight and I just started watching another little boy in my home so I've been trying to figure out when I could schedule some work outs in. I go to the gym like once a week because that's all I have time for right now so the rest of my exercise is in my house with a 3 month old and a 5 month old.
Long story short - I just did my first post-baby video and HOLY COW I'm so weak!!! It was only yoga too I would really like an all around work out to try to build some tone. It's be awesome if I could stream it from netflix but not a big deal. Any ideas? TIA!
