I'm making myself drink 4 bottles a day, and while I like water it's tough! I need to check out Powerade 0 to see if there's artificial sweeteners in there just to change it up. Also getting some milk and decaf green team in most days. How are you all getting it in?
Re: Water- how much you drinking?
I have a 64oz water bottle that I try to drink every day. Sometimes, I'll eat grapefruit, and when I'm done, I'll squeeze the extra juice into the water bottle. I've also been filling my large wine glasses with 1/4 juice, and 3/4 water, and drink a few of those at night.
I'd say that anything with zero calories (except for water) has artificial sweetners in it.
I have one of those large tervis tumblers. It's a pretty big glass, maybe 16-20 ounces?? Only in the last 5 days or so have I been able to drink more than one of those. Water was weirdly enough making me feel sick thinking about drinking it. Normally I love water, especially from our water purifier we have, but it just sounded so gross. I finally started using crystal light for a couple days and then switched to just using lemon or lime juice (from the bottle). I've been able to drink 2-3 of those a day now.
I've also been having a small (6 oz??) glass of milk in the morning. It seems to settle my sick belly the quickest right away but too much makes it worse.
I was JUST told yesterday that artificial sweeteners are OK. I wouldn't over-do them, just like anyone else, but they're fine in moderation. Keep yourself sane and drink other things like crystal light and stuff.
I told my midwife I was drinking 4 - 17oz bottles of water a day (up from my normal 1) and she said "thats not enough- try 6"!
WHAT?!?!? I already pee 100 times a day!!
She also suggested vitamin water.
This makes me happy. not all the time, but it's hart to stay away from it completely.

Never in my arms, but always in my heart.
I find extremely cold water is easier for me to stomach - 16 oz a day
Non diet ginger ale (found it works better for the m/s than the diet) - maybe 8 to 16 oz a day.
Loving Orange Strawberry Banana juice right now but as pp mentioned, trying not to overdo it because of the sugar and calories - 8 oz a day.
Was liking Apple juice for a while - not so much anymore and I think the sugar was causing some gastrointestinal issues - thank goodness Imodium is safe.
Also, I eat watermelon on a daily basis it seems which I know has a high water content - nicer way to get some liquid! Also, cantaloupe.
Lovin' the fact that artificial sweeteners are OK BUT those of you with migraines should know that sometimes aspartame can make migraines worse so definitely, again as pp mentioned, use in moderation.
Only 32 oz a day? Really? Why am I peeing so much then?! Grrr. My doc said as long as I'm not dehydrated, don't stress too much about it. :-)

I love this idea! Im working on 50-60 oz a day of water. Usually I will have a glass or two of juice and I have milk with my cereal every morning. I try not to put so much pressure on myself. In my first pregnancy I got so sick of water I would have to choke it down by my 2nd tri.
I have a 32 oz water bottle and I try to drink at least two of those. Sends me to the bathroom all the time!
