The feeding frenzy stops NOW

I have been eating sooooo junky since before the Holidays that it has to stop!  I feel so crappy because of it!  

Been craving nachos - got them for lunch and devoured the whole thing.  Now all I want to do is sleep cause I am in a food coma.

Looking forward to starting tomorrow off with a good protein filled breakfast and hitting the gym at lunch.

Its about time I take care of my body!

  • Guilty for having way to many cupcakes in the kitchen right now. 

    Im cut off from exercise right now, but start physical therapy soon.

    Good to see im not the only one not being perfect. Anyone else?

  • I'm totally restricted from exercise in any form (and even light walking).  But I just barely passed my initial GD screen, and they want to monitor more closely because I barely passed when it was so early.  I definitely haven't been good about my diet, so I am cracking down on that.  Most importantly - eating more consistently.  It's not a ton of crap choices (though there has been more of that than should be) but just not making good choices consistently and not eating consistently.

  • Oh, girl.  I feel ya!  I have been a careless consumer for probably a solid month now.  But today I ate a small salad and a small fruit cup for lunch.  And I just went on a full blown grocery trip yesterday for the first time since before the holidays and tried to keep it healthy.  Hopefully I can get back on track.  Even though I haven't gained much; I hear the bulk is later on and I just want to keep it as low as possible before the blow out!  Good Luck!

  • I was so bad over the holidays and gained 10 lbs in 5 weeks between appointments. I couldn't believe it! I am trying to be better now. Eating more fruits and veggies plus got more of the greek yogurt I like and trying to avoid the useless carbs. But my leftover christmas cookies are taunting me from the kitchen shelf. I might have to throw them out/give them away if this is going to work. :(

  • Totally feeling the same way right now... Put on 6 lbs between appts (5 weeks). I hate how everyone makes cookies to give out at Christmas, they tempted me so badly. But I threw away about half and now I can back on track.
