AW: Great shower on Saturday (PsIP)

My mom and sister threw me a shower on Saturday and it was so much fun. 15 of my closest friends and family were able to make it out and we had a great time celebrating.

I was amazed at how much effort and planning they put into it. My mom throws a mean party, but she never had a baby shower and was nervous about "everything except for the food". I have to say, there was no reason to worry. She had cute clotheslines holding hats and mittens and socks. So cute.

The theme was "baby's library" so everything (including my cake) was literary themed. And I know the shower board would flame me, but everyone brought a favorite book to share with our LO. My favorite one being the books my aunt gave me... They were my sister's and mine, and she had them recovered to preserve them. I wish I had a picture on this computer because it was so beautiful.

Anyway! Great shower, great time, and we got a lot of great stuff.
