What's everyone's dinner plans for the week?
Here's ours:
Sun: grilled Cheese and sweet potato fries
Mon/Tues/Wed:
-Cheese Tortellini with chicken and proscuitto in a cream sauce
- Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes
- Pancakes and Bacon
Thurs: DH's birthday, so I made a lasagna over the weekend that I'll grab from the freezer as a special treat!
Fri: individual homemade pizza's at ILs for DHs birthday.
Sat: Going out somewhere - no idea what yet though!

I want to make a soup I just haven't decided which one yet.
I just realized we are having a lot of pork this week...oh well
Sunday- Crockpot pork ribs, potatoes and mixed vegetables
Monday- Pulled pork sandwiches with the left over rib meat
Tuesday- Porkchops, vegetables
Wednesday- Monster Pizza (it is an english muffin pizza but you use the cheese to make it look like a mummy and an olive to make eyes, DD thinks they are AMAZING)
Thursday- Dinner with my Dad
Friday- Pasta
Saturday- Out for DH's bday

We were lazy this weekend and didn't plan by day but here are the options for the week:

Friday we will probably go out for my birthday.
Ugh, last week's meal plan got totally derailed by plans with friends and my chili recipe taking 3x as long as it was supposed to. This weeks plan is:

Today: mexican stuffed shells and mexican rice
Rest of the week:
Chicken Marsala
Chicken rollatini with zucchini and mozzarella

Leftovers or eat out 2 days
...apparently it's going to be a chicken filled week haha.
Last night we had jambalaya and cornbread
On the menu for the rest of the week
Tonight: shepherds pie
Tuesday: Roasted garlic wine sauce with sharp cheddar over pasta with broccoli
Wednesday: chicken tortilla soup
Thursday and Friday I'm on my own so I'll be having leftovers and a tuna salad sandwich and sweet potato fries
Saturday: my mom and I are going out someplace.
Sunday - DH worked so I made scrambled eggs, orange slices and yogurt w/ granola
Monday - prime rib (DH is cooking)
Tuesday - Creamy chive chicken, mashed potatoes, asparagus
Wednesday - Eggs in purgatory (leftover mashed potatoes made into potato cakes, topped with marinara sauce, cheese and an egg - sounds weird but it is delicious!)
Thursday - Bourbon glazed salmon, rice, salad
Friday - We'll probably go out
Saturday - lasagna, garlic bread, salad and chocolate pie for my sister's birthday
Mon-hamburgers, sweet potato fries, fruit salad
Tues-pork chops on the grill, mac and cheese, green beans
Wed-Ham and cheese calzones
Thurs-Chicken fried rice
Fri-Tacos
Sat-Breakfast for dinner:)
