In your sig you used to have a link to your recipe blog.
I was thinking about making the Oreo cheesecake cupcakes. About how long do they take to cool completely? Also, do you remember how long the entire process took? I have to make a sweet treat for work tomorrow and I am thinking of making these, but I can't make them until late tonight.

Sorry, I changed my sig and probably erased it. I would just cool them at least 15min, maybe in a cooler room or under a fan or near an open window and then put them in the fridge. You just don't want to put them in the fridge piping hot or they might get soggy and you don;t want the hot muffin tin to melt anything in your fridge. I remember the prep being pretty easy - maybe 20min with chopping the oreos and mixing up the batter, 22 min to bake then cooling - it should be done in about an hour, maybe a little more.

I am going to make them tonight knowing this. I just didn't want to have to wait for hours like you have to with a regular cheese cake.
