Those pregnant for a second time...

Do you feel the same you did your first pregnancy? Last time I had a little nausea off and on but never threw up and I'm hoping this time will be the same. Right now I'm a little fatigued toward the end of the day and am starting to notice the hunger kicking in. What about you all?

Much more nauseas this time around. It's pretty tough chasing a toddler around all day. More tired too, but that could be because of DD.

I actually felt better with my second than I did with my first. That was, until the end, when I was measuring 6 weeks ahead and walked around 6cm dilated for 2 weeks. But, ya know...

We'll see how this one goes! With 2 toddlers, I doubt I'll have time to even remember I'm PG.

Pretty much the same so far. A bit more spotting this time, both before and after the BFP.

No heartburn and I'm not vomiting as much this time. The vomiting started a week later and I only vomit in the middle of the night.

Less nausea, more heartburn, more fatigue, less moodiness. My boobs also grew almost 2 cup sizes, where as last time they didn't until I had gained weight. I still get some pretty bad stomach aches but usually do to what I ate, or not eating enough.

I'm am much more sick this time. I could at least function last time but this time, not so much. I thought number 1 was bad, number 2 will be it.

Nope. Last time I was a little nauseated in the evenings and frequently fatigued, this time I feel like I'm gonna barf all. the. time. and I've had headaches and fatigue. Good times.

So far this pregnancy is different. Last time my m/s was brutal and lasted until 16 weeks. I thought it was going to be the same this time because at 6 weeks m/s kicked in and it was BAD for 3 days, then pretty much went away. Thank God!

I am more exhausted this time but that might just be because I have a 16 month old and I don't get to sleep in/nap whenever I want.

Hi, this PG is so different for me.. I don't remember feeling this exhausted the first time around.. I also only remember having heartburn... This time I have had nausea on and off.. I had MILD nausea last time but this time it seems to lingers for 2 weeks at a time.. Just returned today and has yet to leave :-( I also have tons of acne this time around... Other than that. I guess I can't complain too much...

Last time I had REALLY sore boobs. Like, it hurt to walk because they moved. This time they aren't sore at all, yet anyway. I also had really bad nausea. I never threw up, but I felt like I was going to 24/7. This time it has been really mild so far.

I felt better with my first. I am so nasueated, tired, constant heartburn or bloated feeling. I just feel "huge" major body image issues this time around. DOn't feel right pretty much all day hope this feeling passes soon.

Last time I was super sick from about 6wks till 20wks and ended up losing 20lbs.

This time I was sick from about 4wk to 8wks, lost 7lbs. I am finally feeling much better and starting to get an appetite back. I am soo much more exhausted though. It probably has something to do with chasing a rambunctious toddler around all day lol.

Nope, different. First time I didn't have any symptoms. This time I have the yuckies...just feeling crappy all day long, more cramping, more tired( although that could just be from having a 7 month old.). Also, I seem to be more moody than last time. I feel sorry for my husband haha.

Depends on the day... Most days I feel the same. Some days (like today) I feel a bit more sick than I did the first time around. Also, my back is killing me and I don't remember that with DS... However, bad skin and sore boobs are the same.

With my first, I felt pure exhaustion even before the BFP. I walked out of a movie in a movie theater because I wanted to take a nap!

With this one, though, I still can't believe I'm pregnant. I don't have any fatigue or nausea or any other symptom. I think it'll feel more real after the u/s in a couple of weeks, though!

This time m/s started much earlier.... It didn't hit me with ds until 12 weeks. I'm hoping i get it over with early this time... we'll see.

I dont feel the same at all. With DS I had issues with smells, and didnt eat a whole lot in my 1st tri..but I felt great..with this one Ive has MS from 4/5wks until now(even though MS is a lot better I still have it). I am VERY tired all the time, and Ive noticed I am "growing" a lot sooner with this one

I am a little over 9 weeks, it's been 10 yrs since my last pregnancy but from what I can remember, I feel pretty much the same. No morning sickness, but lots of headaches, really tired by the end of the day and always hungry! I really enjoyed being pregnant with my daughter and I'm hoping things will be the same this time around.

For the most part they seem exactly the same. Only difference is this time my boobs are sore. Otherwise very few symptoms and feel great!

This pregnancy is so different from my first. I was immediately nauseated with this one and I have stretch marks on my boobs from them growing. I didn't get sick with my first until around 3 months along and my boobs didn't get so big so quickly. My nausea can hit anytime with a vengeance. Cannot wait for the first trimester to be over.

I feel totally different. The first time around I has no m/s at all and only slight fatigue this time I am sick almost all day and am exhausted by 7. But I am also chasing an 18 month old and not paying near the attention to what and when I am eating as I did the first time.

Pretty much the same. I vomited daily last time though & this time I haven't yet. I feel sick 24/7 though. And I am already starting to show, which is earlier than last time.

Last time I was miserably sick-- vomited every day from 6-18 weeks. This time, I am miserably sick, but there have been a few days when I beat the m/s and kept everything down. I don't know if this one is a boy, or if I'm just managing the m/s better. Eating proactively before I'm hungry and taking zantac to help with all the acid build-up has been helping me.
