NST, U/S, Parents and Fried Chicken

I'm so excited.  We are heading into town in an hour to go do a non-stress test and ultra sound to check on the placenta because I passed 41 weeks on Saturday. And afterwards we are meeting up with my parents, who drove out from the midwest yesterday to join us in Overdue Babywatch 2012, and sister for dinner at a local joint that does a fried chicken special on Monday nights. 

I can't decide if I'm more excited about seeing baby on the ultrasound, seeing my parents (they live 12 hours away), or the fried chicken!  Oh, and my dad's birthday was just before Christmas so there is going to be cake too.  This is going to be an awesome food day!

    ENJOY YOUR DAY!!!  You may not even get to see that fried chicken today...you may see BABY instead, so let's vote on the u/s and your parents as the things to be most excited about, just to be on the safe side!  Lol.

    Thanks!  I think my family and friends are more anxious about my getting this baby out soon than I am.  But I do have high hopes for the full moon tonight :)

    It would be awesome if you get to HAVE A BABY instead of dessert, squeezing in the rest of the day  ;-)  GL to you!!!  (add me to the list of those anxious for you to deliver!!!  Lol)

    At this point, I'd be most excited about the cake.  Now I want some and I think LO does too because he started kicking as soon as I started thinking about cake.
