Asha will only drink milk from a bottle

Ugh - sippies and straw cups were a no go - even though she drinks everything else with a straw. Any suggestions for getting her off the bottle? I just gave in after 2-3 days

It took Eliza forever to drink milk out of anything but bottles. I tried every cup & soppy I could think of. I didn't push the issue, just kept offering it, she flat out refused until someone on here (CMM, I think), suggested adding kefir to her milk.

Worked like a charm! I add a fewvoz of life way mixed berry whole milk kefir to her milk (still do) and she started drinking it out of any cup I gave her. The probiotics & extra nutrition are a bonus.

I switched to the Nuk Active Cup when I was having the same problem with E.

I like it because it it fairly leak proof. E will drink from a regular cup (no lid, the Take and Toss Cups and from a straw cup also) but I use the Active Cup most of the time when we are out etc.

Jake was the same way until DH and I only offered milk in a cup. We packed up the bottles and stored them in the attic so we wouldn't be tempted and by the end of the day he was drinking from a cup with no issues.

I didn't stress it. How many adults do you see drinking out of baby bottles? She'll come around. Mine did

I still do nightly bottles and my girls are 27 months!

Ok - tried an open cup this morning and it was a fail. I guess we'll stick to bottles for now.
