If your DS had or has a plastibell...help

LO's plastibell ring just fell off during a diaper change. It's only been 3 days! We've been very careful not to mess with it since he had it done. He seems fine and doesn't know the difference. I called our pedi's nurse line and she was no help. I know there's nothing we can do until the am when pedi's office opens, but I just need some reassurance. The white part that is pulled back (the foreskin I think) is still white and sitting there above the head. I thought it was supposed to turn dark and fall off with the ring?? All I can think is it's botched and they will have to do it again or his little penis is going to look abnormal. Ugh. It wasn't fun the first time and he had a terrible afternoon when we had it done last Thursday. If anyone can offer insight or reassurance for this FTM I'd appreciate it!

    does it look irritated or anything? Jude's came off after five days during a diaper change. but I don't remember what it loked like right away.

    Looks the same. The head is still red and the shaft a little puffy and swollen but it's look like that since he had it done and pedi said it was normal. He's still urinating too. Nothing seems uncomfortable or painful to him. What exactly fell off when you LO's came off? Just the plastic ring or what?

    Elliott was circ on thursday and his ring fell off during a diaper change and everything looks fin.  if your really that concerned go see your doctor.
