Birthday party ideas for a 4 y/o girl

Hello! I was wondering if anyone has any fun ideas for a birthday party? My baby is turning 4 on Feb 5th. We live in NE Minneapolis, so we would like to stay within 20 minutes of here. Last year we did the Eagles Nest, which was great, but I would like to try something new! Ideas???

Most places where you can paint your own plate, cup, bowls, etc. do birthday parties. I have had friends whose kids have gone to the one in Maple Grove (Color Me Mine) and the kids loved it. There is one in Plymouth called Paint the Pot but you can probably find one closer to you since more have seemed to pop up in the last few years.
