One thing that a L&D nurse who took pity on me when I was overdue with Thomas told me is to sit in a warm bath and put warm washcloths on your breasts. Apparently that stimulates the production of oxytocin which is like your body's version of pitocin. I could usually get some good contractions after doing that, and started to dilate and efface after I started taking one of those baths a day. And even if it doesn't work, it's nice to take a bath!
I have also heard that actually pumping to stimulate your nipples can help.. just in case you feel like pumping right now.. blech.
I was just going to say that I heard the same thing. Maybe if you do need Pitocin, it won't be much at all, since you've already made some progress on your own. You are SOOOO close! Can't wait!!!
A friend of mine had her OB tell her to drink a glass of wine and have sex (adding in a little nipple stim, couldn't hurt, right? Lol). She went into labor the next morning. Good luck!! You are almost there!!
I have no suggestions but when I worked on L&D we always overstaffed because every room always filled up. There is something to that Hang in there mama.

Im going to do lots of the owt and hope they work! They didn't last time, but considering I have been having uncomfortable Braxton hicks and didn't last time, I hope it has a better chance.
If the full moon works for everyone but me and there is no bed for my induction I am going to be so disappointed.

Don't do them all at once because we will never know which one actually works! :-)
