The aftermath of the birthday party..

There is confetti everywhere. I have enough chilli and cornbread left to feed the whole block. I had two cup cakes for breakfest. My bathroom sink is clogged from the smash cake.   My 9 yr old nephew is the only one awake, and he is making me batty.

On the upside, DD has enough cute outfits for two months and I want to put her in every single one today..because they are so dang cute!

    Wow, that's a lot of food. I just told my DH that I'm so happy that we had it out so I don't have to deal with any of that stuff (I'm still cleaning up crap from Christmas, like left overs and such).

    Educate me please.. what is baklava? I know I could google, but lazy here. Also if you'd bothered to send me a plane ticket I could have cleaned up all those cupcakes for you ;)

    we have 48 cupcakes that did not even get frosted still sitting here.  Soooo wasteful.  I am not sure what I was thinking, and my poor mom who baked them all on Friday (lol).  We had a couple dozen decorated ones leftover and a whole pan of fudge, H dropped it all off at the fire station.

    Mmmmm. Sounds do good! I'd love to help you finish your baklava and cupcakes! Sffejgirl- baklava is this yummy Greek pastry with honey, nuts and FILO dough. So good. It was my favorite when I was a kid.

    I gave the whole tray to the neighbor, who gave it to the neighbor behind her. None of us like it. lol
