how to apply for WIC??

5. If so, what are the documents we'll need?

    You can go this website and there is a section of "Am I Eligible" you can plug in your info.

    Go online and look up the local WIC office.  They will tell you how to apply.

    Depends on what state you live in.  Do a google search for WIC offices in your state and call them.

    I would google WIC in your state. I'm not sure if they all work the same way, but ours is regulated through the local Health Department.
