  Sounds like probably Round Ligament pain. I've had it for the last couple of weeks. If it gets really bad, like doubling over bad, go to the ER as that's a symptom of an ectopic pregnancy. But if it's just when you walk, and it's pretty brief, it's probably RLP.

  Sounds like the same pain I have. Like the pp said its most likely round ligament pain.

  Interesting to know... I just had a sharp pain earlier today.  It tends to happen when I twist my body suddenly.  On my right side as well.
