headache..

hey ladies..  I'm having issues with having headaches all the time, i've weaned myself off the super powerfull medication that the doctors gave me. I don't handle that stuff very well. No matter how much Ibprophen I take like I still have a headache all  the time. Anyone have this issue or other remedies?

    Does it go away when you lay down?  I had a spinal headache from my epidural, and I only had relief when I laid down.  I had to go back to the hospital and get a blood patch.

    The above suggestion is a good one. If its not that, are you bfing - you could need to drink more water. I need a ton more water now than when pregnant.

    Ditto the pp - call your OB. Could definitely be a spinal headache.
