What do/did you serve at a party from 10-12? I wasn't planning on any lunch foods because I figure families will go to lunch afterwards and I always have a ton of food left over..
Ours was from 2-4, but we served tortilla chips w/Texas caviar, applesauce pouches, Teddy grahams, cupcakes, and pretzels. Even then, we had plenty of food left over. We also had raspberry lemonade, iced tea, and juicy juice boxes for the kids.
No siggy pic until TB gets rid of Twitter and FB links
For Molly's party, I did "grown-up" food. She and Ben were the only kids and they eat what we eat anyway (actually blue's little girl was there too, but she had her own food. )
I served mixed berries, veggies and spinach dip, a cheese platter (cheddar, swiss, and pepper jack), a deli meat platter (honey roasted turkey, roast beef, and oven roast turkey), crackers as well as cake (homemade lemon pound bundt cake with fresh berries) and ice cream. Iced tea and fresh made lemonade to drink.
The party was from 2-4PM. We had 15 guests and very little leftover food. It was actually perfect!
Re: Party Food ?
IS this for the adults or kids?
I'm just doing kids food.
