Happy Saturday!

I'm home all day today. I need to clean, catch up on laundry, and finish editing a photo session. I'm not feeling all that great - my stomach is upset, so Ginger Ale is my friend right now.

Celebrating Christmas with DH's dad and stepmom. Ugh.. I cannot stand the way my FIL treats DH. He wasnt there his entire life growing up, and has now suddenly become very religious and treats his daughter awesome, but constantly picks on and makes fun of DH as a "joke." Its so sad, since DH grew up in foster care and pretty much craves positive attention from his father. Its so freaking annoying. I can usually get through about four hours before I start making rude comments back.. so lets hope this dinner doesn't last too long.

I've already done dishes, laundry and showered. Now I am drinking coffee and after my daughter wakes up from her nap we are headed to my parents for awhile. I need to go through my shoes today and vacuum at some point too.

Yes I make the marshmallows in a standing mixer. Here is the recipe I have been using for years. I'll PM you the recipe for cheesecake. I don't have a link it's written in my recipe book!

Wow it didn't even register in my head that it is Saturday today! DH worked last night, so I'm just relaxing (aka being quiet) and taking care of the pups until I work at 4. He works again tonight too, so today is pretty much a nothing day.

I'm so glad you like the wallpaper! We got it at Lowe's! It's the Allen + Roth brand, it's called "Spanish Tile" - if you Google it, it should pop right up!

Lots of Goodwill visits today! Our school just did a clothing drive for Goodwill this past week. My classroom won by donating the most pounds - it was 400 something! My kids were super excited!

I'm with you on the "I should probably quit Bumping" feeling haha!

Ugh. So sorry happily. My day is almost exactly the same. I am cleaning, doing laundry, and resting up with a migraine-hangover from yesterday. And also drinking Ginger Ale. Wink I hope you start feeling better soon!

Working a few hours. Then planning on going to get a pedicure and pick up a birthday gift for DH. I might take a nap later, but have to do some housework and pack up before a red-eye flight out tonight to meet DH at a conference he's attending. I'm tagging along for fun.
