Middle name for Mabel?

Help me out! Mabel just came on the table as a serious option, but I'm stumped for middle names. Our other name choice is Caroline Mary. Mary is my name, but it doesn't go with Mabel.

    JEALOUS!  I love Mabel.  I pushed for it for DD (Mabel was DH's grandma) but DH wouldn't go for it.

    His grandma was Mabel Mae.  We would likely have used Mabel Jenae, iho my mom.  Mabel Jane is pretty.

    I think Mabel Caroline is really cute. 

    I generally feel like more uncommon names benefit from really traditional, common MNs: Mabel Elizabeth, Mabel Katherine, Mabel Anne, Mabel Victoria, Mabel Rose

    I'm really liking Mabel Caroline and Mabel Katherine. Katherine is my mom's middle name, and we briefly thought about it as a first name for this baby but don't love it. Using it as a middle name is perfect though.

    LOVE the name Mabel and the way you spell it correctly.  Please don't take this the wrong way but I love this name so much that I named my little pug dog Mabel Mae 12 years ago.  

    I love Mabel Francis, Mabel Louise, Mabel Jean, Mabel Katherine and Mabel Jane.  GL!

    Mabel is one of our top names. As far as a middle name, we're not sure.

    My grandma (who passed away in '92) was named Mabel Rae.  I tossed around the idea of naming a daughter after her but she really hated her name so I decided not to.

    I love Mabel Elizabeth and Mabel Renee.

     

    This. This was my great-grandma's name and I was really close with her. However, we were told specifically not to name anyone after her because she hated her name so much. I have considered naming a daughter after her sister Neva instead. I love that name.

    Mabel was our number 1 girl choice. We were going to go with either Mabel Jean or Mabel Jane. Our nn was going to be Maisie. I hope baby #2 is a girl :)
