I am wondering if I need to think about a stroller that will accommodate C and the new baby? C will still sit in the BOB at the mall or places where we have to walk a lot or far. He will be 4 within a few weeks of baby 2's birth. Will I have a monkey see monkey do situation? Should I be looking for something that will allow him to ride along. What would you recommend? My original thought was to not bother and just use everything I have but I am wondering if that will blow up in my face.

Finn is 3 years 1 month older than Lila, and I was not going to buy a double stroller. We tried out the standing board for the bugaboo and he hated it with a passion, I have no idea why. Well, when she was about 6 weeks we ended up buying a City Mini double because I try to walk with them every day, like 3 miles, and there was no way he would walk with me. If we didn't do that I probably wouldn't have bought one, he never goes in the stroller, except when we travel, but that is only because we convinced him there is a rule he has to go in a stroller at the airport and for some reason he believes us. But even then I don't bring the double, I wear Lila and he goes in the stroller.
I highly, highly recommend getting a carrier to wear the baby. I wear Lila all the time and it helps tremendously, then Finn can go in a cart or whatever.
P refuses to sit in the stroller. I'm afraid my BOB days of running at the park are over.
I thought I could at least get this coming summer out of it since it was about the only thing we did last summer, run then play at the park - but I am worried she will just continue to protest loudly and given Isaac's energy I am worried he will want to be in the stroller either. Besides, she is kinda squished in there anyway. So I think you should W&S but it may be that I can loan you mine if you really need it. But I'd invest in a good scooter or training wheels (and a helmet) for long walks or park days rather than a double. I think that is probably what we will be doing.
