Posting for a friend: Needs a Pedi

Got this from a friend to post:

One of my good friends is about to have a baby (7 weeks early) and she is on bed rest scrambling to get things done.  She lives in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area and is looking for a Pedi associated with CHOA and is located close to there or at Piedmont.  Any Recs?

    We use and love Northside Pediatrics in Sandy Springs. They are affiliated with CHOA. It's a big practice, if that matters to her. Our favorite doc just left but we also love Dr. Hardin an Dr. Hill (women) and are getting to love Dr. Salmon (guy).

    We use this practice too--our main dr is Dr. Marcus and we love her.  We also love Hardin, Hill and Salmon.  I think it's called Northside Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine--there's another practice that's just called Northside Pediatrics.

    We use Dunwoody Peds Dr. Gfroerer and he has been awesome. He was so great with them and with me when they were born 8 weeks early. Even thought the kids were in the NICU for 5 weeks and had their own doctors at Northside, he still checked in. All 3 of mine LOVE him and get excited when they go, even if they are sick!

    I'll suggest one near Piedmont--- Piedmont Pediatrics... Love Drs Roe and Keonig- haven't ever had to see anyone else.  Good luck to your friend!

    This! My kids have been seeing Dr. L for 7 years. I used to drive 45 mins away just so that my oldest son could see him. Now he is closer to us.. He makes you feel like family without being gushy.

    I don't think I've ever posted on this board, but I have to chime in about Dr. Loventhal! He's amazing and we, too, drive awhile to get to him (we're in Smyrna, the practice is in Sandy Springs).  He's incredibly personable and always errs on the side of caution.  All three of my kids see him. I can't say enough good things about this practice!
