PSA: Be careful where you Bump (BFP mentioned, not mine)

So, this morning I was at the stone yard getting a piece of slate fixed. Only the owner was in the shop and he was super busy, so while I was waiting around, I headed over to PgAL where one our lovely ladies had posted a BFP announcement. Of course, I'm on the iphone so I have to zoom in real close to read the text. I'm scrolling scrolling scrolling, and then he calls me over to deal with the stone issue. We head out back to the workroom and are looking at my stone pieces. Were standing there trying to figure out how much to shave the corners when I realize I just need to show him the picture of what I need done.

So there I am, standing in the middle of a wet cold stone fabrication room telling him quickly about our loss and that we're now TTC. Of course he said

Which was sweet, but not really how I wanted my day to go.

Anyway, no real point, other than it was actually a funny incident ---- but not really.

I know it's not funny, but hopefully you can look back one day and laugh, your pictures certainly made me laugh. And I agree bumping can be really dangerous sometimes.

So sorry you had to go through that, but your pics made me laugh, especially JSimps and W.

I had something kinda like that happen last month on a business trip with my boss. We both decided to do the iPhone check-in for our flight, and when I got out my phone while in the security line, "The Bump" was really big and zoomed in on the screen. I think I kind of jumped and then awkwardly turned the phone away from him while I switched screens to bring up my boarding pass. I have no idea if he saw or whether he knows what TB is (and he doesn't know about my PG or MC), but the way I got all jumpy and awkward probably totally looked like guilt. At this point, I just hope he thought I had porn on my phone or something. Tongue Tied
