Sorry to be a PW, but what do y'all think about accent walls in home offices?

I'm trying to decide if I should paint our office a wacky color, go with a neutral tan color (like we have in our current office) or do a neutral color and wacky accent wall. Here's the space (sorry for the crappy pic...this is the sellers' stuff):

We have a huge seven-piece desk (see below) that will go against one wall, so if you like the accent wall suggestion, which wall would you put it on and what color would you paint it?

    I'm not a fan of accent walls unless there's a reason for it to be accented (headboard wall, cool architectural details, highlighting a piece of art, etc.)

    I like accent walls, I like to be able to give a room a bit of color without it being too much.

    I agree...BUT...I do love a wall-papered accent wall (or stenciled, but that scares me).  I started colleciting awesome wallpapers in my pinterest, but then we up and sold that house anyway, so never actually used any (plus - don't think our walls were flat enough)

    That said, I think if you want to introduce more color into the room, pick 1-2 complimentary colors and get accessories in those colors.  Like organizational/office materials, maybe a bulletin or magnet board, vases or other decor accessories, art/frames, cute lumbar pillow for the office chair, etc.
