Family friendly gym

Hello, 

we live in Alexandria (Near T.C. Williams High School) we are trying to find a family friendly gym. I currently go to XSport but the child care workers were on there cell phone, have there own babies in with them and never seem to engage the chldren. I would be terrified to leave my baby (1 year old ) there. My three year old does fine. I checked out YMCA but the child care room is very small and they lump the babies in with the toddlers and basically just turn on a t.v. (when I was there child care was not going on) I like the fact that they have a kid friendly pool but the room for child care seems way too small and I don't want my son and daughter to watch 2 hours of t. v. Is there a gym that has great child care in the area?
