I've been scared to make rye bread because I thought it would be so complicated, but it's really easy. Just requires a whole day of rising before baking. I also have a recipe on my Pinterest board that I'll try to compare.

    I have been wanting to make rye bread forever, and this is the recipe I have bookmarked (I love smitten kitchen!) Glad to hear it turned out good.

    Every time I go to Wegmans I mean to pick up some rye flour (I'm assuming they have it) because Tops does not. I am putting it on my shopping list!!!
