Dust for a friend

Hi all! I know I don't post here that often, I'm more a lurker than anything, but my friend could really use some thoughts and prayers tonight. She's been through a miscarriage and two plus years of trying. She's now 21 weeks and has been having contractions for the past couple days and started spotting today. The doctors have her on progesterone at the hospital because she was partially dilated and are saying there's a 50/50 chance. Any dust or good thoughts you can spare so that baby bakes longer would be much appreciated!
