So itchy!

Yesterday I started with this constant itching. It is mostly on my thighs and upper arms. I am not sure if it has something to do with pregnancy or just the cold, dry weather. I know the puppps rash is a problem some women experience during pregnancy, but I thought that started on your stomach. Anyone else experiencing uncontrollable itching? Do you think it is cause for concern and something I should call the dr about?

    I've definitely been very itchy this pregnancy.

    It seems like it'll just stick to one area for a day or so, then move somewhere else. One night, I was clawing at my right calf for about 15 minutes straight until FI had to swat my hand away, haha.

    I've also noticed my scalp getting itchy and flaky when that's never been an issue before. 

    I don't think it's anything to worry about, unless you literally can't think about anything else and you're tearing your skin up. I've heard it's pretty common.

    My tummy itches, but even worse than that - my butt cheeks. I can scratch the heck out of my heiney and still have itching. I mooned my DH and he swears there isn't a rash. Feels almost like hives.

    Me too! I have to use a cream exfoliation wash and extra dry lotion every day..It is starting to get better but I blame pregnancy and dry winter weather. I can't wait for the spring and to turn off the heat. I have also started using a humidifier all day long to all some moisture to the air, it helps..GL

    BTW...I thinks PUPPS happens in the 3rd tri for "most" women. I say most because some women have had it earlier but it is not the norm.

    My boobs and my knees itch like crazy!!! I put lotion Curel Ultra Healing on 4 or 5 times a day! It's killing me!!!

    I've been very itchy too. I think it's a combo of stretching skin and dry skin. I'm also getting these little mosquito bite looking things randomly on my stomach and arms. My doc told me that my bumps look like a sort of allergy.
    He recommended Cerave lotion (the kind in the tub; not the one with the pump) for the dry skin, and it has helped SO MUCH! It keeps me moisturized all day, and the itching has gotten much better. I still need to work on figuring out what I'm allergic to.
