I don't wish any of my kids to be sick but I'll take 10 sick preschoolers over a sick infant. When J is sick he lays on the couch watching movies, eating toast. The twins are sick AND teething- the sheer amount of fussing/whining/crying is making me want to rip my hair out. Of course I know they're just babies but they're driving me nuts this week.
I called GMIL last night "just to talk", with the only real motive of hoping she would volunteer to take 1 of my kids today. She's sick and didn't bite but I was soooo disappointed.
I still have my Christmas decor up (the tree is down) and I have no motivation to take it down. I planned on doing it Monday, but I had a stomach bug. Then I said I'd do it today since I'm off. I conveniently forgot to remind DH to bring all the empty bins down from the attic last night (I can't get up there because we have a heavy insulated cover over the top of the drop down stairs and I can't move it)
I was just in the basement doing laundry and noticed 2 empty Rubbermaid bins, so I technically could use those to pack away the stuff. But I'm going to pretend I didn't see them and blame DH that he didn't get the bins down for me!
This was a totally lame FFFC... but just shows how lazy I am today!
DH quit smoking 2 years ago, when I found out I was pregnant. He's done well with it and I was really proud of him. He denyed smoking again but I caught him a few days ago smoking outside the side of the house. He didn't know that I did. I was really mad and decided to get even for him lying to me.
I bought some of those cigarette loads, that make the cigarette stink and makes it really bitter tasting. DH actually told me about them, I had no idea they existed. They also make the cigarette make this popping sound. So I put one into the end of every cigarette he "hid" in the truck. Shortly after when he went outside again to smoke. I didn't hear anything but he came back in and said "ok, sweet wife. I'll quit again. That was just plain mean. You almost gave me a heart attack and now I smell like garbage". I denyed it and told him he needed to shower. Now he thinks someone at the firehouse did it:) But he knew he was caught so yesterday he did all the laundry, cooked dinner and cleaned up b/c I know he felt bad for lying. He also said he had 0 cigarettes so yay.
TTC since 6/2003. m/c 9/14/03 8 weeks, 5 chemical pregnancies, mmc 6/04 12 weeks, Michael born sleeping 5/25/05 at 22weeks always our angel, fought ovarian cancer and won, m/c 4/06 5.2 weeks and 7/07 6.6 weeks,Our Miracle baby girl born 4/8/10,mc 12/18/11 at 5.3 weeks, BFP 10/26/12 dating u/s on 11/8/12 showing a strong heartbeat!EDD July 4,2013. RCS on 6/27. Baby boy in NICU for 8 long and scary days before he was able to come home. We are now a happy family of 4

I was at BJ's this week and stocked up on diapers and wipes and just other stuff that convenience wise is nice to have a bunch of so I have less trips to the grocery store. So by the time I got out I was tired from pushing the cart and lifting to ring out and load the car. Some jerk parked crooked, into my spot, and within inches of my car. So then I had to put Ellie in from the other side too, I was so annoyed. Before I left I called into the store and told them that cars license plate and described the car and lied and said that their lights were on.

I'm all for a PB&J in the shape of a star or something, but WhoTF has time for something like this? Do the kids really care that much about how their food looks before they devour it? It's all very AW-ish to me.

And now I have an idea if mine decides to start again at some point. I have zero patience with smoking, so you did a better job than me with not saying anything when you caught him.
I haven't bought bras in years. So long it is embaressing. I finally bought some good ones this week, they arrived today and it makes me realized how awful the bras I have been wearing were.
I also put Ty on the bus this morning without having ate anything all day. I made him oatmeal for breakfast and soup with dino nuggets for lunch, but he didn't eat more than one bite of each. I feel bad for sending him to school with an empty stomach, but I cannot force feed him.
One more, I let the kids destroy the house this morning! If my DH saw the house right now, he would flip. We started out doing art & crafts with some yarn, feathers and ribbon, it turned into the kids playing with the cat with the yarn, to tiny pieces of yarn being cut and scattered all around the downstairs. I know I shouldn't have let the art supplies leave the table, but it just evolved and I let it. Now I am stalling on putting B down for her nap because then I have to clean. It is a big mess!
I know this sounds horrible but I was hoping my amniotic fluid level at today's u/s would be low enough to deliver. Not an emergency situation, but a let's get the ball rolling situation, if you know what I mean. My doc is on call tomorrow, then she is going out of the country for a few weeks, so that was the my only chance to have her deliver me. I trust her more than anyone, and I'm not a fan of the Dr that is scheduled to do my c/s next Friday.
Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy to have a (big) healthy baby that is doing well where she is!

This morning I came into work and settled in only to watch "Horders Buried Alive" - all 42 minutes (without commercials!) My SIL works with the guy that was on the show and she sent me the link, so I had to, right? No worse than being on the bump, I suppose.
Anyway, the worst episode I had ever seen. Disgusting.
Aww sorry she isn't going to do the delivery for you. I would be disappointed as well. In fact, I'm really banking on being induced now so that my dr can deliver and will be upset if I go this weekend or before Wednesday now even though I'm uncomfortable. Good news is, we will see each other now most likely!

Lately I keep thinking how nice it would be to send Jules to a sitter, just so that she would destroy someone elses house. I'm so tired of cleaning and picking up all the time and it being a mess 2 minutes later.

Apparently my SIL's co-worker called in his wife because he was concerned about the kids. Not sure if they're actually still married because my SIL said the woman calls their work to make sure her child support is getting taken out of his checks.
I am not looking forward to Russian Christmas dinner tonight, my step siblings do not discipline their kids and complain the entire meal about how they hate the food.
I really have no patience for people lately... Pregnancy b*tchiness??
Just to let you know even vaccinated kids can carry and pass on the diseases they are vaccinated from. They will just most likely not get it vs the unvaccinated kids would get it. But everyone, vaccinated or not can carry any disease the same way and pass it on to others. Being vaccinated doesn't isn't a repellent of carrying the disease.
