Oliver sleeps from about 9:30 or 10pm until about 8:30 or 9am. He naps off and on during the day, but lately his naps have been horrible (I'm thinking/hoping it's just a phase).
At night we do have a routine. I give him a bath at about 8:45 every night, then put lotion on, get him dressed, and swaddle him. Then I give him his last bottle while he's swaddled and he usually starts falling asleep while he's eating. I burp him and then finish getting him to sleep and put him down. I really like putting him down at about 9:30 because it gives me a little bit of time to unwind baby-free with DH. It works really well for us. I've even been able to do this routine and put him to bed at my parents' and in-laws' houses and he totally stayed asleep through us packing him up, driving home and putting him back to bed!

We're up for the day by 6, at the latest (sometimes around 4:45 am). Short 20 minute nap on the way to daycare around 6:30, usually sleeps for 1-2 hours before noon sometime, another 1-2 hours before 4 sometime, a 20-60 minute nap around 5:30. We have a bedtime routine that starts around 6:45 - 7:30, depending on when and how long that last nap is. Bath, lotion massage and songs, diaper, swaddle, bottle, burp, put to bed drowsy with a bink. Usually sleeps until 12 or 2ish, bottle, back to sleep, eats around 4 again, back to sleep.
And repeat lol.
