Hypnobirthing vs Hypnobabies
Which did you use or which do you prefer? I am researching them and they all obviously claim to be the best. They are essentially based around the same elements to a natural labor and delivery, so I am just looking for input from experienced mommies. Thank you!

You should post this on the natural birth board, there is a girl who is a Hypnobirthing instructor over there and also girls who rave about Hypnobabies.
Anyway I used Hypnobirthing and loved it! It takes an open mind and some practice, but it was all worth it because I had such a wonderful experience! If you want my whole story feel free to PM me and I will send you DD's birth story.
