Hello!

in 1st Trimester
OK, so far I have only lurked as I was skeptical of sharing info on the internet, however several of my friends said that I HAD to read the bump as they had great experiences and have learned tons of helpful info! I am due August 18th and will be 8 weeks on Saturday! Woo hoo! I had my first doc app on Tuesday and we got to see the little heartbeat... so far so good!  Anyone else a total worry wart right now?!

    Not a worry wart yet!  Just trying to get past all this terrible morning sickness.  But excited!!!!!!

    Yeah I admit to being a little worry wart ;) Definitely So excited but didn't expect the worry that came with it at times. Trying to keep away from the negative worry thoughts now though!

    Pretty much any topic you could think to worry about, I have...I think that comes with the territory! But I've been worrying so much about things that it's overshadowed my happiness in becoming a first time mom!! So I'm trying deep breathing exercises, yoga and consistent exercise to battle the anxiety :)

    Welcome...my 2 15 yr old daughters were born on august 18th....they are great kids! so it's a great date! good luck!
