So I started this long a$$ post, and decided you all didn't want to read all that $hit, so I'm breaking it down hardcore. (But this post is still long!)
Yesterday: SA. Big assignment for this morning's interview received. Ill dog; vet trip; dog ok. Finally completed assignment. Woke up just about every hour.
Today: Turned off the alarm when I thought I hit snooze. Luckily still woke up with enough time to get ready and get to interview. Lucky! Great interview - yay! Waited for SA results all day, but never got the call. Called before closing, but lab was busy crazy and had to leave message. At least I had the $hitstorm on TTCAL to keep me amused.
Tomorrow: SHG/HSG combo is first thing in the morning. And hopefully we'll get the SA results while there, and maybe my CD3 b/w too. Then DH said he's going to bring me home and set me up on the couch with some great food and the remote before he has to leave for a 10 hour shift.
I haven't had anything to do in weeks, and now I've been going for three days. I hope our testing shows something useful, but then I don't. ((sigh))
Update:
CD3 b/w: all normal except insulin to glucose was off (borderline) - added metformin to the ever growing meds list
SA: 102 mil, 45% motil, morph low at 18%, but they're not worried about it due to count and motility
HSG/SHG: tubes clear, uterus great, and lining awesome, not even scarred from the losses or D&C - woohoo!
In total, I feel like we have a better chance, even though we really haven't changed much. Actually, all we've done is add extra folate, baby aspirin, and metformin. But, my RE thinks it's probably just the little things that need to be tweaked to get us a sticky baby. (Have I mentioned how much I love her. She rocks!) I'm ready to give this new plan a test drive. C'mon O!
Re: SA, Interview, SHG, Oh My! **Update**
I'm glad the interview went well, you are pretty cool though.
Sorry you didn't get the SA results but hopefully they'll come in soon. Good luck with the SHG/HSG and I'm glad your DH will be taking good care of you. Update us when you can!
