Arggg, totally irritated right now.

So we are going cable free, not TV free but we've got some kind of gadget that helps us turn the TV into the computer and we can use Amazon Prime, Youtube, ,Hulu, network's main pages ect. I'm super excited about this and the money will save.

The ATT man is here right now and DH announces that Com.cast splices the phone cable in a way that doesn't allow ATT to hook into it and since the guy just changed everything over we now have no home phone, even though we have com,cast service through the end of the month.

When I ask DH if his expectation was that I would use my cell as our house phone his response "well that was the plan" :::cue blank look:::

Dude, I don't pay for my cell phone! My step-mom does and I've always used it as an emergency only type phone, because that is why it was given to me, and I have no idea what kind of plan we have other than it's a family plan. Not to mention we've made no arrangements to have our phone forwarded or an annoucement of a new number ect.

Honestly what pisses me off, is the blank look part. Don't freeze up and give me that blank look. Just answer the question, whatever it is for effs sake.

I get the blank look all the time and it fills me with rage. Answer the fing question, whatever the answer may be jackhole.

Phew, I need to calm down.

The other thing about your scenario that would piss me off, would be that he took the service guys answer as the gosple, when it usually isn't. And then just went along with it without asking *me*. It is exacly what my DH does/would do. And then he'd wonder why I was mad or blame my anger of him making the wrong choice, not seeing at all that if he asked I wouldn't be angry.

Deep breaths.

Okay, you aren't alone. Hope you get it resolved quick!

This is it exactly! I swear our lives run on the craziest paralle path. I've even told him, " you are the worst lier ever because you can see your brain trying to come up with something". Arggg.

In the end the ATT guy showed him how to splice the wires back to the comcast phone thing and then redo it when we have that aspect fixed, so I guess it's good that I, fairly calmly, freaked out on him within the ATT guys' hearing Big Smile

I mean seriously men of the world, how hard is it to just give an answer? If it's the wrong one than man up and deal with the consequences because you are pissing us off anyway with that damn blank look of yours! Super Angry

No tony never does that since he always just say " I told you" even when he knows damn well he didn't!

But just a fyi look into google voice. You buy a modem and then have free phone!!
