I'm not delivering at the hospital, but at a private MW birthing center...and I'm definitely taking two of my fav pillows! I think it may help me be more comfortable too. If your hospital allows it, I think you should bring it just in case it is helpful.
I am not taking my snoogle, but DH and I are each bringing at least 1 regular pillow to use. The hospital pillows are AWFUL! Ours were tiny, flat and had a plasticy cover on them when I gave birth to DD. I had to ask for 5 of them to sleep in a decent position.
If you want to bring the snoogle, go for it. The main reason I did not was due to the size of it.
I was wondering the same thing. I love my snoogle!! I dont no what I would have done without it this whole time. I was kinda worried if I would want it after labor or would I be able to sleep on my side after Labor? I dont no what to do either.. sorry just though I would share that with you lol
I wouldn't (don't have one) because it is just one more thing to lug through the hospital when checking in. The first time DH and I went (I got sent home), we unpacked a lot from the bag because it was too much to carry. I will bring two regular pillows for DH and I. That's just me.

Yes!! I hated not having mine when I had DS. I could not get comfortable to sleep on my side without it but it hurt my boobs to go back to sleeping on my stomach. This is my last though so I don't care if it gets yucky.

I'm having a c-section and it's going to hurt like hell to roll over, so I won't bring mine. I'm just going to bring my regular pillow because hospital pillows suck. If you do bring your own pillow make sure it is in a colored or patterned pillow case - not white!!
Re: anyone planning on taking their pregnancy pillow to l&d?
No. Mine is borrowed I'd hate to get it soiled.
