Yesterday, I decided that I was going to finish out my pregnancy by working from home because it was becoming too physically stressful/uncomfortable to make the drive and be in the office. Last night I was super uncomfortable and ended up moving to the recliner to get a few minutes of sleep. DH has been super supportive of my decisions and he legitimately seems to feel bad for me and my horrible sleep patterns.
But today he was super cute. He hasn't been freaking out at all about becoming a father. Then today, I told him that I had a terrible (false labor) back contraction, but since it felt different than others I have had, maybe it was a sign of progress. He sent me no less than 5 emails explaining the best way to get a hold of him (be sure to call his office number and NOT his cell) and how to get flipped over to the operator so that she can page him if I get his VM. He also informed me that he already told her that he is to be paged immediately if I end up talking to her. He seriously only works about 15 minutes away from home, so I don't think we are in too much danger if it takes me a few extra minutes to reach him.
Re: Oh DH...
Cute! It's so nice to know that they do care and think of all the things
My DH said the same thing today. "Call my cell and text me, if I don't answer call my office phone or better yet, call my direct supervisor she has her company cell at all times and will be able to let me know. I told her to look out for your calls? Looks like the whole company is just sitting on pins and needles. Not sure why they are all thinking I'm going any day now. I'm just a little over 37weeks so it could be another 3 for crying out loud LOL
But I think it's so nice to know that they are trying to plan and cover all their bases
