how long til labor if u had soreness/crampiness

I'm coming over from 3rd tri to ask you ladies.  besides just pressure today, I'm kind of sore/crampy.  it's not very intense & I've only been having some BH contractions on & off.  just curious if this sort of thing has gone on for wks for some of you or if labor was pretty close to follow.  all I had w/ DD was some extra pressure the day before followed by some noticeable cramps during the night.

    With my first I felt nothing and went 8 days overdue before an induction.

    With my second I had cramping, BH contractions, incidents where I could time contractions and pain for 3 weeks until I went into early labor on my due date.

    This and ended up not going into labor at all, was induced. I even had timeable contractions a week before my induction.

    I had this for weeks on and off from 36 or so weeks. I went 4 days past due and the days before I felt normal.

    i only had cramping the day before i went into labor. this was followed by a lot of bloody show. contractions started at 9 the next morning.
