DH suggested the name Brooke last night if this baby is a girl. The funny thing? I had this on our list when DD was born and he vetoed it (he also vetoed DD's name in the beginning and then several months later said he loved it).
Anyways, I was trying to think of a middle name and I'm stumped. Nothing seems to flow really well with it except Lynn or Leigh and I don't like either (I think of Brooklyn and Brooke Leigh sounds like it should be a place too!). Any ideas of something that flows with it?
Re: Middle Name Suggestions?
My sister is Brooke Catherine (Catherine was my GG)
But I would definitely avoid 1 syllable middle names.
And for my own $.02...my sister never really liked her name. She constantly was called "Babbling Brooke" or "Brooke Trout" ...she never like that it was just one syllable, she thinks it's boring. But my sister is crazy, so take that into account. I really like the name overall - but think it needs a longer middle name than Lynn.
I'd do a two syllable (or more) name to flow better with Brooke and your last name.
Brook Leanne
Brook Marie
Brook Annabelle
Brooke Julianne
Brooke Savannah (had to throw that in there of course!)
Brooke Elizabeth
Brook-Lea is a country club in Gates.
Your last name is long, so a short mn wouldn't be horrible. What is A's mn?
Aha! I knew I heard it somewhere!! Haha! A's mn is Rose
m/c 1/2/08 and 3/12/08
Eve Amelia- Born 2/24/09. 6lb 9.9oz
Natalie Ruth - Born 6/13/11 7lb 6.6oz
Brooke Alice
Brooke Alison
Brooke Elizabeth
Brooke Margaret
Brooke Ashley
Brooke Lauren
Any "A" name will give her initials that she might not like...."E" for that matter too.
ETA.....Brooke Camellia (not sure if it would mean anything but it is another flower name like A's mn) I think this sounds really pretty!
Brooke Taylor
Brooke Michelle
Brooke Catherine
Brooke Megan
Ooo...I like the flower thing...
Brooke Violet
Brooke Dahlia
Brooke Iris
