Hand Mixer ?

Does anyone have a hand mixer with a dough hook?  If so, what do you have and do you recommend it?

I never knew you could get a hand mixer with a dough hook attachment....thought those were just for the fancy stand mixers.  I'm saving up points through TS to earn a stand mixer, but I'd love to have something with a dough hook now.  I saw some on Amazon for under $30.  Just thought I'd see if anyone has one...

    Nope, and I wouldn't want to hang on to a mixer while it did dough either! My KA works hard when I do dough, I can't imagine holding up the mixer with my arm!

    I don't have one, but I read the reviews for a couple of them. I don't think I'd buy one unless I really needed a hand mixer anyway. I'd rather put the money towards a KitchenAid if I didn't already have one.

    I have a kitchenaid hand mixer (5 speed model#KHM5AP..i just used it the other day) with a dough hook. I haven't used the hook but I like the mixer just fine. I bought it from walmart on vacation in Canada b/c I forgot my hand mixer at home. I feel like it was sort of expensive- but I was stuck and needed to get it. I used my stand mixer most of the time but this is nice for quick stuff.
